Product Overview
The Stretcher Support Board is a component that is used in the molecular imaging and nuclear medicine machines and other medical diagnostic equipment. It comes in the motorized stretcher support assembly and is used for the movement of the stretcher support. It helps in moving and lifting the stretcher by using a motorized mechanism. An assembly comprising of capacitor, Light Emitting Diode (LED), fuse, socket, resistors, optocoupler and connectors, which are all soldered to the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and screwed wherever required. This board will be connected to the motorized stretcher support board along with a few cables and connectors. The soldering is done as per the standard requirement. The board will be free from dust, burrs, sharp edges, surface blemishes, sink marks and flash marks. It is packed with label, containing relevant information about the product and placed in a carton with label containing the shipment details. It is being used in machines like Infinia II and many other similar devices.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
