Product Overview
The Dash Handle is a kit that consists of the handle for Dash series, screws, ziplock, label and field instruction manual. The handle serves multiple purposes in the patient monitor system. It is used to hold and carry the display or to transport monitor from one place to another place. It provides easy portability. It can be categorized into two parts. The one is front handle and the other is rear. The handle has two holes at the bottom which are separated by some distance. Another handle is included in this kit for holding the lens. Both handles are attached by using screws and washers. These parts will be bagged using ziplock and in turn the ziplock is placed inside a carton to prevent surfaces from being damaged during shipping. A label will be placed on the packaging which will have part name, bar code, country of origin, temperature to be maintained and part number. The material used is a mixture of polycarbonate and ABS material, which have good mechanical properties.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
